We’re looking for a partnership director for Europe , a smart, hungry, and humble individual who can empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. Supported by a substantial budget and a wealth of company knowledge, you will also play a pivotal role in contributing to our growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets.

What You Will Do :
Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals
Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners : influencers and affiliates
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships
Conduct negotiations both : internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals
Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales
Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns
Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets
Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance
Report and identify areas of new opportunities
Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow
Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges
What We Expect :
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience working with digital performance marketing
Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing)
Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools
High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness
Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
Experience working with international tech / digital products would be considered an advantage
