Descripción del trabajoAssociate degree (Bachelor’s) in building maintenance and / or Journeyman papers for building and facilities maintenance, with minimum five (5) years experience in construction and / or operations / maintenance fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification as a pool technician may be required. Familiarity with applicable codes and ordinances related to vehicles and facilities. Must be in good physical condition. Must be able to work with community members, staff, and contractors in a respectful and professional manner. Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must have the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment. Knowledge of Seneca customs, traditions, and practices is helpful. Strong organizational skills and the ability to understand and manage high-profile, sensitive, or controversial projects. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently. Must have a valid NYS license.
