Our first AI Business Development Representative, Ava, finds leads, writes emails, runs sequences, and self-optimizes over time.

We use AI as our primary platform, replacing fragmented tools.

The Role :

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll partner with customers to launch successfully, get measurable value, and improve outbound with AI.

You will :

Own the onboarding process and guide new customers from contract to value realization.

Run regular performance review meetings and deliver insights on campaign performance.

Act as a Growth Consultant and work hands-on with customers to maximize AI impact.

Partner with customer support and help triage and resolve platform issues quickly.

Collaborate with product and surface customer feedback to shape the roadmap.

Manage success KPIs including adoption, campaign performance, retention, and expansion.
