Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead B2B sales for our Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) assets in Madrid and Granada for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy and building strong relationships with key stakeholders (universities, tour operators, etc).
This role requires a motivated self-starter with proven experience in sales, business development, and account management within the hospitality, student housing, or real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize occupancy and revenue for the Madrid and Granada residences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, language schools, academic institutions, and Erasmus offices to secure student group bookings and partnerships.
- Establish and manage partnerships with tour operators, study abroad agencies, and relocation specialists .
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2B clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives, under the approval of the Management.
Account Management & Partnerships
Monitor partner performance and provide regular business reviews.Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and events that attract B2B business.Operations & Reporting
Collaborate with the local operations teams to ensure smooth guest / student experiences in both Madrid and Granada.Track sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.Identify new revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or key account management (hospitality, PBSA, real estate, or tourism sector preferred).Strong network with universities, corporate clients, and / or tour operators is a plus.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, travel between Madrid and Granada, and manage multiple projects.Familiar with Mews hotel management systemWhat We Offer
