Job Title : Sustainability SpecialistHealth and safety is crucial for our renewable energy projects. We are looking for a professional to support the Quality, Safety & Sustainability (QSS) department in all internal processes according to our Integrated Management System of Quality, Health and Safety Standards.Key Responsibilities : - Ensure legal compliance for renewable energy activities regarding Quality, Health and Safety Standards.- Manage safety coordination in projects under Engineering & Construction phase.- Carry out safety work inspections at our facilities.- Implement and propose internal initiatives to improve the Company's safety conditions and quality standards.- Support in the development and fulfillment of projects in the scope of sustainability.Requirements : - Demonstrated experience with health & safety compliance for wind energy projects (2-5 years).- Safety and health coordination.- Renewable energy sector (preferential).- Managing an Integrated Management System.Qualifications : - Health and safety qualifications (Intermediate or higher level of specialty in work safety, industrial hygiene and ergonomics and applied psychosociology).- GWO certifications.Skills and Knowledge Needed : - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work productively with limited supervision.- Time-management skills.- Team Spirit.- Proactivity.- Capacity of adaptation.What We Offer : We offer a dynamic project full of growing and develop possibilities.
