The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.Strong proficiency with Java Script (ES6+) for backend development.Experience with one or more frontend frameworks, React, Vue, or Angular.Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and version control tools such as Git / Git Hub / Git Lab.Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, WAI-ARIA, W3 C guidelines).Proven experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and web services.Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Participate in accessibility audits, inclusive design reviews, and testing with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, Voice Over).Develop and maintain robust web applications using HTML5, CSS3, Java Script (ES6+).Create efficient, reusable front-end components with React, Vue, or Angular.Design, optimize, and maintain database structures to ensure data integrity and performance.Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and inclusive user experience.Implement accessibility validation tools (AXE, WAVE, Lighthouse, Pa11y).Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in web accessibility and frontend development.
