Descripción del trabajoResponsibilities : Assist in the daily operations of the boarding house. Ensure the safety and well-being of boarding students. Organize and supervise boarding activities. Maintain records and reports on student behavior and incidents. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and supervise groups of students. Organizational and record-keeping abilities. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a boarding or residential environment preferred. First aid certification is a plus.
