We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon & Marketplace Specialist to drive the growth and performance of products on Amazon and other key e-commerce marketplaces. In this role you will optimize listings, manage marketplace operations, analyze performance, and execute digital sales strategies to maximize online presence and revenue.

Collaborate with marketing colleagues on content and tone

Manage daily e-commerce operations, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment coordination.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Address and resolve operational issues (listing blocks, content errors, customer feedback, etc.) SEO, content, keyword research, conversion rate improvement, and advertising / PPC.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
