Descripción del trabajoDelivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales) Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided Able to work from Barcelona Enjoy taking care of and helping people Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued Team player who is also able to work independently Attentive, empathetic, flexible, and proactive Good communication skills Passionate about sports Eager to learn Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent Monday to Friday 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 Employee discount on ASICS products Tickets restaurant (10€ per day) Free gym at the office + laundry services Modern working environment Joining an international company that is a premium True Sports Performance brand Step 1 : Interview with our Recruiter to get to know you better Step 2 : Interview with the Hiring Manager and Team Leader
