WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team in Spain , consisted of 24 people who cover Development, Investment, Asset Management, Construction or Finance, with a strong ambition to enhance growth in the Spanish market.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Source, underwrite and assess potential logistic real estate acquisitions and development opportunity in Spain
• Build relationships with sales brokers and potential BTS (built to suit) prospects
• Assess comparable reports, property value(s), and market conditions through research, outreach, data, site tours and gathering relevant market intelligence
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, cash flow models, due diligence documents, internal investment memos
• Deal with complex transactions (technical, legal, tax) and coordinate colleagues, service providers
• Manage the internal approval process and prepare Investment Committee Memos (HUMs and ICMs)
• Participate in due diligence processes with P3 internal teams and external consultants to achieve successfully end to end all projects
• Coordinate and liaise with P3 teams from other countries
