Responsibilities

• Support in managing Group Tax Reporting deliverables on expected time and quality
• Review the deliverables from OpCos and trigger clarifications or adjustments to figures if necessary
• Review tax-related internal or external disclosure statements
• Support in the implementation of improved tax reporting solutions across the group
• Support in managing standardized local tax reporting processes within each OpCo, providing Millicom-specific templates and tools
• Support other areas (e.G., Accounting, Financial Planning) with tax-related issues resulting from business as usual and non-routine transactions
• Communicate Group highlights to key stakeholders along the year
• Serve as the main point of contact for relevant tax matters to the OpCo tax managers
• Guarantee SOX compliance of OpCos, Group and HQ Entities by managing process improvements
