Real Estate Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Valuation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the valuation of real estate assets of different typology, including land, residential, offices, and warehouses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market value, expected rental value, and assumptions about market liquidity. You will also support the head of valuations in the relationship with investors, defining the valuation strategy, scope, and deadlines using the different methods available.
