Public Funding Controller Trainee Responsibilities :

• Support projects that may receive a Tax Credit or Grant.
• Encourage Valeo R&D teams to gather necessary information to complete project files for submission.
• Assist in preparing dossiers for Tax Credits & Grants in collaboration with consultants, ensuring compliance with Valeo standards.
• Apply standard procedures for Tax Deductions to ensure consistency across all Spanish plants.
• Support dossier preparation by analyzing activity costs, personnel, and suppliers to determine the budget.
• Collect technical files to share with consultants for dossier completion.
• Follow up on dossier completion until receiving the Entity Certificate or Grant.
• Complete and submit monthly reports.
• Prepare and monitor the approval process for GATA (Grant Accounting Treatment Approval).
• Prepare and follow the authorization process for FAR (Funding Authorization Request).
• Monitor the approval, signing, and final certification processes for projects.
