Our client, a German technology company in the international scale-up phase, is seeking Fullstack engineers with a product mindset and enthusiasm for solving real challenges by automating complex processes with clean, scalable, and intelligent solutions.

Tasks

Design and develop fullstack features (React, Node, TypeScript)

Create solutions that automate complex fulfillment processes

Work in agile squads (57 people) with designers, PMs, and other developers

Review code, test, and continuously deploy (CI / CD, maximum quality)

Think like an architect : performance, reliability, and user experience

Mentor more junior profiles and propose ongoing technical improvements

Requirements

Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and web development best practices

Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments and team workflows (pull requests, branches, code reviews)

Product-driven mindset : you care about the end user and real-world impact

Desire to contribute, learn, and build as a team
