Overview

Pre-Sales Engineer (Fixed-term contract) at Multiverse Computing. We are looking to fill this role immediately and are reviewing applications daily. Expect a fast, transparent process with quick feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to RFP / RFI submissions with detailed technical input.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language for clients.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage model delivery to our customers and trials for potential customers.
  • Travel : Must be available to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Junior : 1-2 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and data science.
  • Mid : 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and data science.
  • Strong background in AI / ML, data science, or computer engineering, with hands-on experience in machine learning models (e.g., transformers, CNNs, ViTs, LLMs).
  • Proficiency in Python, with exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with customers.

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in computer vision or NLP projects.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, finance, or enterprise data systems.
  • Contributions to research papers, hackathons, or open-source projects.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
