Senior Procurement Specialist — We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies for IT Equipment & Services, delivering cost savings, improving quality and mitigating risks.

- The Senior Procurement Specialist will lead end-to-end procurement processes, including tendering, negotiating, catalogues and contract management. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure procurement strategies meet business needs. Additionally, they will develop a supplier base that supports the company's growth, quality and innovation objectives.
- Sourcing and Procurement :
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including tendering, negotiating, catalogues and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure procurement strategies meet business needs.
- Develop a supplier base that supports the company's growth, quality and innovation objectives.
- Contract Management :
- Evaluate and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and risk management standards.
- Cost Management :
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Develop total cost of ownership (TCO) models to evaluate and optimize procurement decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Work closely with IT teams, finance, operations and project management teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on procurement activities, category strategies and market developments.
- Risk Management :
- Identify and mitigate risks, including supply chain disruptions, financial instability and compliance issues.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Implement best practices in procurement processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the procurement function.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations preferred.Specialized in procurement of Consultancy & Services, experience in international environment, SAP ARIBA experience is an important plus.Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and reporting).Proficiency in English, Spanish and French (nice to have), other European Language is welcome.#J-18808-Ljbffr
