The Strategic Accounts & Capabilities Director is responsible for leading with excellence the areas of commercial enablement for J&J; MedTech :

• Bids & Tenders
• Pricing
• Commercial Excellence
• Business Intelligence

In addition, this role has responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the operational back-office of the company, as well as the streamlining and automation of key business processes such as the management of capital equipment.

The Strategic Accounts & Capabilities Director also has responsibility for leading a Strategic Accounts team focused on both the public and private sectors in Spain.

Lastly, this position plays the role of strategic advisor to the Managing Director in key areas and sits on the Management Board of MedTech Spain.

Applicants must be based in Madrid or willing to relocate, and proficiency in Spanish is required for the role. We look forward to receiving your application.
