Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost control, estimation, and project management.Key responsibilities include : - Managing cost control processes and direct cost forecasting for projects- Leading the Construction Cost Control Team to perform cost control functions- Preparing monthly project execution budget reports- Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities for improvement- Developing and maintaining cost control dashboardsRequirements : - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in analysis, estimation, and cost control- Experience in subcontract departments, particularly in Civil, Electromechanical, and Structural areas- Relevant degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering- Advanced Excel skills- Proficient English language skills (B2 level)- Ability to work abroadBenefits : - Competitive salary based on experience- Flexible work schedule and remote work options- International and dynamic work environment
