Kech Development is a private equity firm focusing on real estate development, appraisals, investment, and sales.The company is built on a foundation of unparalleled experience and expertise, striving to exceed all expectations.Our mission is to deliver high-quality projects and innovative solutions in the real estate sector.We are currently seeking a Web Designer for a part-time, on-site role located in Eiaxmple, Barcelona.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing web pages, creating graphic elements, and ensuring responsive web design.Daily tasks include collaborating with other team members to produce visually appealing websites that meet client specifications and optimizing site graphics for performance.The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, as well as proficiency in Graphic Design and creating graphics.A bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field is required, and experience in the real estate sector is a plus.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Skills in Web Design, Responsive Web Design, and Front-End Development- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating graphics- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
