Training Designer

At Service Club , we’re on a mission to empower and upskill couriers worldwide. We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking Instructional Designer to design engaging learning experiences that make an impact.

You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical, interactive courses and resources — from videos and infographics to animations, PowerPoint / Canva decks, and more. We want someone who is curious about the latest trends in Learning & Development (including AI-powered technologies) and eager to apply them to our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design learner-centred courses, materials and curricula that are practical, interactive and impactful.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to scope, refine and structure content.
• Define clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes for each course.
• Develop activities that drive active participation and improve knowledge retention.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and integrate innovative (including AI-powered) tools into our learning offerings.
