Responsibilities

• Selectra offers customers the opportunity to take out energy and other household contracts, with the aim of reducing their monthly costs and finding the best offers on the market.
• Operating across multiple markets, including Belgium, we’re growing fast and building ambitious teams from our Spanish sites.
• During this freelance mission, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles for the Belgium and Dutch market.
• You will be managing full-cycle recruitment.
