We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our development team!

Consequently, the Delivery Manager responsibilities consist of 4 following parts :

Project Management Responsibilities

️ Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments,plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is

️ Contribute to the corporate improvement / transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc)

Stakeholder Satisfaction Responsibilities

️ Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them

️ Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail)about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes.

️ Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback

Team Management Responsibilities

Performance of a manager is almost entirely a performance of his team, while any manager is supposed to be ready to run his own projects and initiatives (see theProject Management Responsibilities part)

️ Control that the team members execute their project management and stakeholder satisfaction responsibilities well

️ Manager should know in details and control the capacity, assignments, loading and plans of subordinates and make sure that the team resources are utilized in an optimal way

️ Provide regular specific feedback to team members and support team members growth

️ Establish knowledge sharing in the team

Program Management Responsibilities

️ Lead dev team resource planning for your stream

️ Handle scope changes for the stream

️ Provide reporting for the stream progress

️ Support Head of Delivery in Quarter Planning

️ Be first escalation points for the project issues in the stream

Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects may appear on top of the above

Skills

Ideal candidate to the PMO Team should have a combination of the following skills :

️ Project control and execution

️ Change and stakeholder management

️ Clear communication appropriate for audience level

Language :

️ Advanced written and spoken English is required

Experience

️ Working experience in team management / project management / operational excellence or related to those areas,

ideally in the software development / technology / data-related industries.
