Job Overview

Bridging technology and customer success requires a unique blend of skills. As a sales professional, you will engage directly with clients to understand their challenges and position innovative solutions that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Solution Design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.

  • Product Demonstration
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and contribute to RFP / RFI responses with technical input.

  • Technical Communication
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language for clients.

  • Customer Support
  • Support customer trials, manage model delivery, and ensure alignment with product capabilities.

  • Tech Staying Current
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Travel Requirements
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and project requirements.

    Requirements :
  • Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience
  • 1–2 years' experience for junior roles, 2+ years for mid-level, ideally with a focus on ML / data science.

  • Background
  • Background in AI / ML, data science, or computer engineering, with hands-on experience working with ML models (transformers, CNNs, ViTs, LLMs).

  • Skills
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow preferred), experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
