Your Tasks

Building and Scaling HR Infrastructure : The team\'s administrative functions contribute directly to the HR infrastructure.

Optimizing People Administration : Payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility and contract management.

Managing HR Systems & Data : Extensive reporting and data management responsibilities.

Supporting the Employee Lifecycle : From pre-boarding to offboarding, including maternity / paternity leave and employee engagement initiatives.

Administering Compensation & Benefits : Managing benefits such as restaurant tickets, medical insurance, salary reviews and benchmarking.

Ensuring Compliance & Policy : General administration of payroll and contracts with a focus on compliance.

Providing Employee Support : Handling inquiries and employee assistance, in coordination with HR Business Partners.

Analyzing HR Data : Generating reports to support analysis and decision‐making.

Collaborating & Managing Vendors : Administering benefits and interacting with vendors as needed.

Your Profile

Blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for people.

Leadership & Collaboration : Ability to lead initiatives and work with cross‐functional teams.

Experience : 5+ years in People Operations or a similar HR role, with a focus on process design and team leadership.

Technical Skills : Proficient with HRIS platforms and HR technology.

HR Expertise : Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Spain.

Key Skills : Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; meticulous, proactive, self‐starting and adaptable.

Education & Language : Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field (certifications a plus). Fluency in English and Spanish is required; German is valued but not mandatory.
