Overview Renewable Energy Sector Leader
The role involves overseeing commercial initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key projects in the solar and storage sectors in Spain. A strategic leader with proven experience in the energy sector, strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, and excellent negotiation skills is required.
Key Responsibilities Business Development : Design and implement business strategies to expand our presence in key markets
Identify and develop new opportunities in solar, storage, and hybrid solutions
Perform market analysis to detect trends, risks, and opportunities for competitive positioning
Project Management : Oversee all stages of projects from planning to implementation and delivery
Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budgets in projects
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks
Strategic Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and other key players in the sector
Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure the success of long-term business partnerships
Act as the main interlocutor for clients in strategic projects
Company Representation : Represent the company at fairs, conferences, and events in the energy sector
Participate in networking activities to strengthen the company's visibility and create new opportunities
Performance Management and International Coordination : Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives and ongoing projects, making strategic adjustments when necessary
Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with global goals
Requirements Education and Experience : Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related areas (MBA desirable)
More than 5 years of experience in business development and project management in the solar and / or storage sector
Know-how : In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions (ESS), and European industry regulations
Skills and Competencies : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent negotiation and strategic relationship building skills
Strategic vision and orientation to results
Languages and Availability : Advanced mastery of Italian and English (other European languages are a plus)
Availability to travel frequently in Italy and Europe
