About the Role

The RAPID Team is seeking

skilled and proactive Power Platform professionals

who are ready to contribute to our automation and innovation journey within Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB).

Essential Skills & Knowledge

Strong experience with

Power Apps

Power Automate

Power BI

, and

PowerShell

(min. 2 years).

Minimum 4 years of overall IT development

experience.

Solid knowledge of

Office 365 (SharePoint) and

web technologies

Experience with

Logic Apps

Azure Functions

SQL Server

PostgreSQL

NoSQL

, and

Oracle

Familiar with

GitLab

GitHub

, and

Python

Working knowledge of

JIRA

and

Confluence

Analytical mindset and

design-thinking approach

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge

Previous experience in

Investment Banking

environments.

Spanish language skills are a plus.
