About the Job
Joining a young and dynamic team, you will undertake the following tasks :
Transaction Management : Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, including validation, confirmation, and booking trades into appropriate systems.Settlement Monitoring : Collaborate with counterparties, custodians, and clearing platforms to ensure timely and compliant settlement of transactions, promptly resolving any issues that arise.Process Optimization : Actively participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data enrichment.Reconciliation and Billing : Compare trading positions between various systems, cash movements, payments, fees, and balances to ensure their accuracy and compliance.Analysis and Reporting : Produce regular reports on operational activities by compiling and summarizing data to provide updates on ongoing tasks and processes.Interdepartmental Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to resolve operational issues, implement appropriate controls, and enhance existing processes (e.g., Accounting / Risk / Compliance).Qualifications and Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Interest in financial products and markets.Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Please ensure that you have all the legal documents required to work in the country before applying.
