We're hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.

You'll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define best practices, implement CI / CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.

Define and execute DevOps / DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.

Enhance CI / CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes .

Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.

What You'll Bring :

5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.

Strong background in CI / CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred).

Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines .

Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.

Nice to Have :

Agile or ITIL background

DevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
