Job Objectives
- Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
- Lead client and other required meetings.
- Identify factors that influence construction costs and monitor / report on this data.
- Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.
- Advocate on behalf of the client during disputes, modifications, or change orders.
- Oversee and manage the transfer of building operations to the client, including closeout documentation and warranties.
- Review construction proposals and related pricing / scopes.
- Manage design phases.
- Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.
Qualifications
Experience as a Senior Project Manager with sector experience e.g. Industrial, Pharma, Logistics or Manufacturing.University degree in Construction Management or a related field.Business level of Spanish and English language skills required.Knowledge of Structural, Civil and / or Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Low Voltage scopes of work.Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization and the ability to multi-task.Team attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to support other groups and projects when required.Management experience with ability to lead a team in delivering a commission and general line management.Ability to manage revenue, team resource and priorities to meet client expectations.Additional Information
