Job Summary

Ignite is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid) to join our Barcelona office. The role focuses on driving adoption of our groundbreaking digital marketing tool across the Dutch market, onboarding high‑potential companies, managing client relationships, and growing account revenue.

Key Accountabilities

  • PPC Campaign Development – design, launch, and manage high‑performing pay‑per‑click campaigns for new customers.
  • Proactive Client Outreach – initiate outbound calls, understand client objectives, and tailor digital advertising solutions.
  • Strategic Campaign Setup – ensure initiatives are results‑driven with immediate impact and long‑term success.
  • Revenue Generation – increase advertising spend and identify upsell opportunities.
  • CRM Management – maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date customer database.
  • High‑Volume Interaction – handle a daily volume of client / prospect calls with quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Native‑level or C2 fluency in Dutch and C2 fluency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and / or marketing with a client‑facing, high‑pressure environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong CRM system experience.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into outreach workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, resilient, and goal‑driven.
  • Business acumen to analyze market trends and contribute strategic insights.
  • Specialized Requirements for the Dutch Market

  • Deep understanding of Dutch market, culture, etiquette, and commercial practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dutch digital marketing ecosystem and positioning of Google Ads.
  • Awareness of GDPR and other local data‑privacy regulations.
  • Ability to strategically target high‑growth companies.
  • Competence in handling complex ROI and integration questions.
