Your Mission

Join FERCHAU’s international IT team and take the lead in designing, maintaining, and evolving critical network infrastructures across more than 130 global sites. As a technical reference for the EMEA region, you’ll drive key initiatives in security, performance, and availability—where your expertise becomes business impact.

What You’ll Do

Network Operations

• Provide expert support and maintenance for LAN, WAN, DNS, and firewall infrastructures
• Resolve complex incidents and lead technical escalations across EMEA
• Continuously improve network performance and availability
• Actively participate in security incidents as a network specialist
• Conduct post-mortem analyses and accelerate resolution of critical issues

Core Technical Expertise

Technology Stack Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), high availability (VSS, vPC, StackWise), SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela), WAN optimization (Riverbed Steelhead), network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ISE), automation (Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI), network services (Infoblox, A10 Thunder, Juniper EX / QFX), and monitoring tools (SolarWinds NPM / NCM / NTA).
