What success looks like in this role :

• Oversees Delivery Management teams, leaders, and processes.
• Ensures processes are in place and followed to effectively manage delivery projects, promote value-added client relationships, oversee budget execution, manage costs, and ensure service delivery in accordance with quality standards and service level agreements.
• Leads the execution and delivery of multiple, diverse, and complex projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, financial goals, and quality standards.
• Manages project and service delivery budgets, ensuring effective cost control and alignment with financial targets.
• Provides regular updates for senior leadership, tracking project expenses, profitability, and overall health.
• Identifies and manages project risks, ensuring measures are in place to address challenges and manage project or scope changes.
• Handles escalations, resolving risks arising during the project lifecycle and ensuring minimal impact on service delivery.
• Manages the performance of any third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

BA / BS degree and 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Graduate degree preferred.

4-6 years’ leadership experience.
