As a Customer Support Agent for the English market, you will be the voice of our company.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our English-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
• Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
• You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
