Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing daily paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize daily paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms focused on user acquisition and ROI optimization.
- Develop multichannel performance strategies to drive new player acquisition.
- Define audiences, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to increase conversions.
- Monitor and optimize CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and product teams to maximize full-funnel profitability.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations in the online gaming sector across different markets.
- 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Experience managing large budgets and international campaigns.
- Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and business metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV).
