The conditions are as follows :
Knowledge of native Spanish and English (B1 / B2)
Writing speed : 20 words per minute
Initial contract : 12 months (renewable)
Refund of the flight ticket
Salary without accommodation : 1366.16 euros + performance bonus (details disclosed by the company)
Salary with accommodation : 1040.66 euros + performance bonus (details disclosed by the company)
Health insurance
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day on a rotational shift pattern
Responsibilities :
Respond to and record consumer inquiries / questions raised through free phone lines
Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries / questions and feedback in the customer service database
Handle and log client complaints according to the company's escalation policy
Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs, logging them appropriately
Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training
Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions
