As part of the Application Management Service team, you will analyze incidents, perform root-ccause analysis, and provide technical support to clients and internal teams. You will troubleshoot software systems, document solutions, and collaborate with developers to improve the platform. You’ll maintain SOPs and contribute to product testing, release, and hyper-care of new functionality. This role sits at the intersection of support, development, and cloud-based digital solutions in a high-impact manufacturing context.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support or development xcskxlj
• Strong experience with .Net Core, C#, MS SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
