• Barcelona area (Castelldefels) To achieve the Paris climate protection goals, we need a global energy transition with exclusively renewable energies by 2050. We are currently looking for project analysts, project managers, and team leaders to develop innovative climate protection projects and drive forward the energy transition with a focus on north-south collaboration. As a non-profit climate protection organization at the interface between business and NGOs, our main activities include CO₂ offsetting through our renewable energy projects in the global south, advising European companies, and creating specialized CO2 software. Our headquarters in Berlin with 40 employees, a new subsidiary in Barcelona, along with country managers and partners across Europe, Asia, Africa, and America, form the foundation for successful climate protection as a market leader. Behind atmosfair is a board comprising representatives from environmental NGOs, the German Ministries, politics, science, and prominent supporters.

We develop our own renewable energy projects, tailored concepts, and green energy solutions for large national and international corporate clients, creating value for both climate protection and our customers.

For our Barcelona team, we are seeking a full-time employee as soon as possible :

Your mission Project analysis / management

Responsible for sourcing, planning, and implementing renewable energy and new technology projects. Identify project opportunities and suitable partners in developing countries, including pilot projects. Manage technical implementation, including concept, design, supplier selection, and procurement.

Travel to target regions up to 10 days once or twice a year to monitor progress, expand contacts, and networks.

Draft and negotiate contracts with local partners, ensuring projects meet economic and environmental standards.

Ensure certification goals (e.g., Art 6.4, Gold Standard) are met within timelines and budgets.

Handle cross-sectional tasks across multiple CO₂ offset projects.
