In your role as a Motion Designer at North, you will be a key player in developing innovative concepts and pushing the idea through to the final outputs. You will primarily work on HMI solutions for the automotive sector, while also contributing to the design and production of intuitive, beautifully crafted UI across web, mobile, and other platforms. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the creative conceptualization and for ensuring the highest quality of visual and interactive execution.

As a Motion Designer, here at North, you will...

• Create engaging motion graphics for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand assets.
• Design and animate UI transitions, microinteractions, and product flows to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through motion.
• Translate static designs into dynamic visuals that align with the brand's tone and voice.
• Develop storyboards, styleframes, and prototypes to communicate motion concepts clearly.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends and tools to continuously push creative boundaries.
• Optimize animations for performance across platforms and devices.
• Contribute to building and maintaining motion design systems or libraries.
• Edit and enhance video content for presentations, case studies, or social media.
• Communicate motion design decisions clearly and advocate for the role of motion in digital experiences.
