We are seeking a high-energy driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is ideal for proactive hunters who excel at cold outreach, creative prospecting and engaging decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include owning inbound and outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, emailing and social outreach, generating high-quality leads and scheduling qualified meetings for executives, conducting detailed discovery conversations to uncover prospect pain points and align solutions to business needs, researching target accounts to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers and influencers, maintaining accurate activity tracking and data management in CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Asana, Salesloft and Drift. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in outbound business development, sales development or a similar customer-facing role, proven success in prospecting and breaking into net new accounts using creative multi-channel outreach, experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft and Drift, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Dutch is an asset. A passion for technology and the ability to understand the B2B tech market is essential.
