Life Cycle Assessment ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Life Cycle Assessment professional to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex Life Cycle Assessments across various industries and sectors.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life cycle assessment, with experience working with LCA software platforms such as SimaPro, GaBi, and OpenLCA. You will also have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret experimental and industrial results, extracting meaningful insights to drive informed decision-making.Main Responsibilities : 1. Lead and execute complex Life Cycle Assessments2. Explore and maximize the functionalities of LCA software tools3. Conduct Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and Techno-Economic Assessment (TEA)4. Develop and evaluate sustainable business models5. Critically analyse emerging trends and innovative approaches in sustainability assessments6. Foster the use of programming and modelling resources for LCA applicationsRequirements : - Masters degree in chemical engineering, environmental engineering science, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related field- PhD or equivalent experience in areas related to life cycle assessment- 5+ years of professional experience in academic and / or industrial context- Experience with at least one LCA software platform- Programming skills in MATLAB, Python or similar- High-level proficiency in English- Strong analytical skills- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, support team development, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersDesirable Skills : - Previous experience in European projects and / or collaborative research with industry- Team-working abilities in dynamic and multidisciplinary working environmentsAbout this role : This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, working on cutting-edge sustainability projects.
