Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for the team : facilitate discussions, unblock engineers, provide architectural guidance, and uphold best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product and design to refine scope, estimate work, and align on timelines and priorities.
• Contribute hands-on across mobile platforms by implementing features, fixing bugs, and improving performance.
