Job Description

As part of the team to support services for the European GNSS Service Centre (GSC) of the Galileo system you will have the following responsibilities :

• Monitor mission-critical systems and services to ensure operational continuity.
• Detect, analyze, and resolve Level 1 incidents promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Execute routine operational procedures and checklists.
• Maintain system availability and performance across Linux and Windows environments.
• Support virtualization platforms and containerized applications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of network equipment and connectivity issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of monitoring and analysis tools.
• Log incidents and service requests in ticketing systems.
• Track and update incident status until resolution.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for operational processes.
