At Monday HR, we are looking for a Sales Manager for a company dedicated to the distribution of dental products and equipment with extensive experience in the sector, located in Tarragona.
Our client is looking for a new team member to drive the company’s commercial development, focusing on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones within their assigned portfolio.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Maintain, expand, and manage the assigned client portfolio, reporting directly to the area manager.
- Provide technical sales assistance to dentists and auxiliary staff based on their needs, performing product demonstrations.
- Prepare and negotiate offers with clients until the deals are closed.
- Develop and execute business plans aimed at acquiring new clients, including identifying business opportunities through market analysis.
- Achieve the assigned commercial objectives, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
What do we value in you?
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical sector.Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trustful relationships and retain clients.A goal-oriented individual who thrives on challenges.A valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the Barcelona and Tarragona provinces.What do we offer?
