Commercials : Fixed-fee contract
About the Project
We are supporting a landmark smart city development in the Middle East. Phase 1 (strategy + analysis) has been completed, and the project is moving into its Concept Master Plan stage in October 2025.
Scope of Work
- Design the digital twin ecosystem for the new smart city
- Build on existing tools : ArcGIS (GIS backbone), Autodesk Construction Cloud (CDE for BIM + construction workflows)
- Define gaps in the stack : data ingestion, synthesis, modelling, and visualisation
- Produce solution design documentation and an executive presentation deck to support delivery
- This is a design / architecture role only (no implementation)
