Marketing automation associate manager (salesforce marketing cloud)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager specialized in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to lead solution design and ensure successful delivery across multiple implementations. This role combines technical leadership, client-facing consulting, and project management, requiring autonomy and the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the solution lead for SFMC implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign and journey execution, including automation design and optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring smooth communication.
• Manage BAU activities while driving continuous improvement and innovation in marketing automation processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and, when applicable, mentor junior consultants.
