Job Role
Drive market penetration strategies, product commercialization, and lifecycle management within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop regional marketing plans for sustained growth.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of biosurgery products and competitors to implement effective competitive strategies.
- Implement global marketing campaigns while maintaining brand identity and optimizing marketing spend.
- Oversee rollout and improvement of marketing technologies, including CRM platforms and content management tools.
- Design and manage comprehensive training programs for biosurgery portfolio stakeholders.
- Organize workshops for commercial teams to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements :
Experience in marketing or product management within pharmaceutical or MedTech industries.Operational experience in an operating room is essential, with biosurgery experience advantageous.Expertise in demand generation, product positioning, marketing campaigns, KOL relationships, and competitive intelligence.Familiarity with European markets and marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Seismic.Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of leading complex initiatives and achieving desired outcomes.Fluency in English, French, and Spanish required.Willingness to travel internationally up to 60%.
