Test Engineer

Our process starts from conceptualisation and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution.What we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our Laboratory team, specializing in chargers for electric vehicles. Someone passionate about designing and implementing tests for HW / SW solutions.Your responsibilities will include- Execute and document quality tests on our products, following established protocols.- Create and maintain test protocols.- Assist in the quality certification process with external laboratories.- Analyse test results, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.- Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate in solving technical problems.- Work closely with R&D team (HW, FW, SW and electrical) to ensure product quality.- Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and propose innovative solutions.If you have- Electronics / electrical training.- +3 years of experience in a similar position.- Solid knowledge of quality testing, validation protocols and testing tools.- Experience working with Matlab.- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.- English : B1+- Interest in new technologies and electric mobility.If we were to add more...- Experience in programming (Python, C / C++) and the use of communication buses (CAN, Ethernet).- Knowledge of mobility standards (IEC 61851, ISO 15118).- Experience using project management tools (Jira, etc.).- Experience with CAD for visualisation and piece analysis.Benefits : - Flexible office hours : from 7 : 30 am to 10 am and from 4 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 pm, intensive Fridays.- Unlimited coffee & snacks ☕- Be part of a team where your opinion matters and contribute to innovative creations.Selection process- Initial call with Lucía (People Manager) : learn more about VEGA Chargers and introduce yourself.- Meeting with Israel Hernández (CTO & Co-owner)- Offer
