Project Coordinator / Sales Support (Spain & UK Market)

The Company :

Our client is a leading global technology brand in the smart residential energy sector. They specialize in integrated systems for solar power, energy storage, EV charging, and energy management.

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier communication, purchase order issuance, and invoice processing to ensure timely material availability.
• Oversee logistics and inventory operations, coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery status, and conducting quality checks upon goods receipt.
• Schedule and coordinate product deliveries with installation teams, ensuring seamless handover to customers and obtaining formal acceptance documentation.
• Facilitate project closure by verifying completion milestones, initiating customer invoicing, and supporting the accounts team in payment collection.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on order and delivery status.
