MissionIn this role, you will support the sales and development team to drive growth in the Europe & Africa region by providing strategic, cross-category marketing support. This includes shaping key account plans, creating insight-driven content, and acting as the regional expert on brand strategies, consumer trends, and fragrance innovation. You will collaborate with teams like Perfumery, Evaluation, and R&D to bring ideas to life. Functions

Act as a strategic partner to the EA Sales Team by co-leading client initiatives and preparing tailored cross-category presentations aligned with global marketing strategies.

Brief the Fragrance Development Management (FDM) Team with clear, insight-driven fragrance concepts that meet client expectations.

Contribute to the Global Marketing Team's vision by providing regional input into marketing tools and the global marketing calendar.

Ensure the EA Sales Team is trained on new technologies and launches, supporting them with compelling marketing stories in collaboration with R&D and Evaluation teams.

Monitor market dynamics, product innovations, claims, and consumer behavior in categories like Fine Fragrance, Home Care, Personal Care, and Air Care to provide timely insights.

Facilitate access to global marketing tools for the EA Sales Team to support client interactions effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute marketing events, roadshows, and client presentations aligned with regional priorities.

Participate actively in Sales Team meetings to ensure alignment and follow-up on marketing initiatives.

Deliver targeted marketing tools and initiatives that support the region’s commercial goals.

RequirementsQualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and Business Management.

Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a successful track record in B2C FMCG or B2B in a Fragrance House.

Understanding of the fragrance industry and categories such as Personal, Home, and Air Care.

Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and familiarity with digital and new technologies.

Availability to travel up to 40%.

Languages :

English (proficient), Spanish and Italian (desirable).
