At the start of 360Learning's growth, we were only 10 developers in the R&D department working on a single codebase. Today, we are a team of 60+ engineers divided into 10 product squads. Each squad includes developers, product managers and designers. What you’ll do
- Lead real and complex technical challenges : Work with a complex codebase where analysis and modeling capabilities are key. Manage significant traffic (2.3M registered users, 200K unique monthly visitors) with a large data footprint. Focus on a clean architecture for long-term growth.
- Work on an attractive technical stack : MongoDB, Node.js and Vue.js, with a migration to TypeScript underway.
- Grow within a R&D team that allows rapid progress : Decentralized peer review, pair programming and knowledge sharing.

Significant full-stack programming experience including Agile methodologies, SaaS software architecture, and modern programming languagesInterest in JavaScript technologies (you don\'t have to be an expert)Experience creating quality interfaces : intuitive, efficient, elegantComfort with algorithmsProduct-oriented mindset and care deeply about the customer experienceExcellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsFluent English (US / UK) / B2 level or equivalent (French)Enthusiasm for our working environmentWhat We Offer
